But hear me out - hear my logic. And get to the end because I hope I have some thought provoking answers to this issue. And it is an issue. And we need to fix it.
When "Reps" are being told to use the back door - wear red caps to be singled out and paper scrubs that you need to buy... something is broken. And I think some people in our Industry broke it. But we can fix it.
